I agree that I am purchasing the Goods for my own personal or business use and will not on-sell the Goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rally Reading.
Rally Reading is an online bookstore and our primary means of communication with you is by your email address listed on your Rally Reading account. Rally Reading will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to the email address being incorrect.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy the item(s) in your order. When you place an order with Rally Reading you will receive an order confirmation confirming receipt and the details of your order. The order confirmation acknowledges we have received your order rather than an acceptance of your order.
Orders of multiple copies of items are subject to availability. Rally Reading's website displays an item where at least one item is available but not necessarily more.
Rally Reading reviews all orders including orders for multiple copies to determine if the amount in stock is capable of meeting that order. Where the quantity ordered exceeds that held in stock or with a supplier, Rally Reading will contact you to advise if the order can be fulfilled and, if so, over what timeframe.
Your order is only accepted and the contract formed when we dispatch the item(s) to you and send a dispatch confirmation. If your item(s) is dispatched in more than one package, you will receive separate dispatch confirmations in each package and each dispatch confirmation will be a separate contract.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. The price payable is the price displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
If placing an order from outside Australia ,you will be charged in your own currency at the conversion rate of your credit card company.
All prices on the Rally Reading website are for orders placed through the website.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and we may cancel orders and refund your money because of genuine pricing errors (either because of unilateral mistake, or for any reason) up to the time you receive the goods.
Changing or cancelling orders
In the first instance, if you have an issue with your order then please contact Rally Reading by email as soon as possible.
Changes to orders, including cancelling because of an error or for a change of mind, are possible only for a limited time before your order begins processing.
If you want to change your order, you will need to advise us as soon as possible in order for us to determine whether your order has been processed. Once your order has been processed it is not possible to change that order.
Any addition or substitution may cause a change in the shipping time frame for that order so please be aware of the advised shipping time for added or substituted items.
Other than for defective items a refund is only possible if we have confirmed that your change or cancellation was able to be processed. We may offer a store credit for a cancellation accepted outside of these terms.
RETURNS POLICY
This policy does not limit the rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns for defective items
If there is a problem with any of the items received for your order then the Rally Reading team is available to help you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible from the time the delivery was made. Rally Reading will require evidence of the issue and may require you to return the item for assessment.
Rally Reading may provide means to return an item at no cost to you or an alternate remedy. If an item is required to be returned (at no cost) it must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed.
Returns for change of mind
Before returning anything you must contact Rally Reading by email.
Rally Reading is not obligated to accept a return for a change of mind. If we do accept a change of mind return then you must pay return postage and will only be entitled to a store credit, excluding the cost of shipping, for the approved returned item.
All returns must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed.
Returned items for a change of mind must be received at Rally Reading in new and re-saleable condition (except where a damaged item has been accepted for return).
Where an item is returned for a change of mind without Rally Reading’s approval, or has not been packed securely, or is not in a new or re-saleable condition when it arrives at Rally Reading’s office, Rally Reading is not obligated to provide a refund or store credit and the item may be returned to you. We will contact you to advise of the return status.
Store credits and refunds for an approved change of mind return will only apply to the item returned and will not cover any return postage costs or your original shipping charge.
A return and refund for a change of mind is not possible for the following product types:
· Bulk Orders where special pricing and/or product sourcing has been provided
· Print on Demand titles has been advised
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
In Stock at the Rally Reading Warehouse
Occasionally stock runs out before the website is updated and you will be notified if you have been affected. Dispatch times for 'in stock' items can be delayed due to; increased volume of orders; warehouse disruptions; and for other matters beyond our control.
Shipping Expectations
All items are intended to be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
In all instances we will notify you with the information we have at the time of processing your order. Please also add the appropriate number of days it may take for Australia Post for Australian orders or the usual postage time for international orders to deliver to you from NSW.
If items are not readily available then we will endeavour to contact you to discuss the time frame for these items.
Once your order has been shipped, an automated email will be sent confirming dispatch from our warehouse.
INSUFFICIENT AND/OR INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Address changes and/or corrections made through your Rally Reading Account will only affect future orders placed after the changes and/or corrections are made. Any changes and/or corrections for current orders must be done by contacting the Rally Reading by email as soon as possible.
Customers who enter addresses that Australia Post have deemed having incorrect and/or insufficient details to ensure delivery may result in the following:
· Delayed delivery
· Lost parcel
· Package/s returned to the Rally Reading
If Rally Reading has incorrectly addressed a package, then Rally Reading will be responsible for the resending, replacement or refund of the items not delivered or delayed, including any further cost of packaging and delivery.
Where you have provided any incorrect and/or insufficient information that results in the package being returned then your order may be cancelled and a store credit will be issued.
Rally Reading will not be liable for any shipment that is materially delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by you.
If the package has the correct delivery information and is 'lost' by Australia Post, you will need to check this with your local Post Office.
Mail Redirections
Australia Post Redirections may not work with packages. Rally Reading will not be responsible for replacing goods or extra costs if a redirection has not been successful.
CHARGING OF CREDIT CARDS
All purchases are charged at checkout.
After you have placed the order and we find an Item/s is no longer available we will remove it from your processed order and you will be refunded for that item.
If any delays are discovered on a title at the time of processing, you will be notified with the options available to you.
If Rally Reading is unable to charge your credit card due to insufficient funds or other errors, then Rally Reading will attempt to contact the customer to rectify the issue. If the issue is not resolved then the order will be cancelled.
If the stock availability or prices have changed between the time of placing the order and payment being received your order may be cancelled.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
Customers with more than one item may be sent their items in multiple shipments.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Orders for delivery overseas may be liable for customs charges, taxes (including GST) and brokerage costs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Rally Reading will not reimburse customers for these import costs or provide a refund or credit for any order if a customer refuses to pay them. Please contact our Rally Reading team to discuss what arrangements may be possible for your order. Where GST is levied on the product at custom clearing, the customer should be entitled to claim a full refund of the GST on presentation of the original purchase invoice showing GST had already been incurred on the purchase.
PRIVACY
We keep all personal information submitted in the strictest confidence and in accordance with Rally Reading’s privacy policy. The information is kept on a secure server and is only used to process orders from Rally Reading. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to complete your order. We may provide our suppliers with your personal information that is necessary to complete your order so they may deliver directly to you to improve delivery times. We require your contact information to be kept in the strictest confidence by them. We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party outside of Rally Reading without your permission.
Third-Party Service Providers: Rally Reading may provide the service providers that deliver packages with your email address and/or mobile phone number ONLY to provide customers up to date delivery tracking of dispatched orders.

The information contained on the Rally Reading website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Rally Reading howsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
